Inclusion Criteria
*Be 18 years or older with severe Tricuspid regurgitation as assessed by echocardiography*Be symptomatic according to NYHA class II or higher
*Be at high risk for surgical tricuspid valve Surgery
*Meet all other eligibility criteria
