Oncology Nutritionist Featured Among ‘Inspiring Stories’

A part of its series of “San Diego’s Most Inspiring Stories,” online magazine SD Voyager recently published an article on Scripps Cancer Center oncology dietitian Alison Meagher. The story covers how Meagher was inspired to pursue a career in health and nutrition after losing a family member to cancer at a young age. Meagher helped build the oncology nutrition program at Scripps, which provides personalized nutrition guidance to patients so they can maintain their strength and quality of life as they go through treatments and beyond.
