Biography

Dr. DeAnna Young is an obstetrician and gynecologist. Dr. Young provides the full scope of hospital and office-based OB-GYN services, including pregnancy care, preconception counseling, labor and childbirth, birth control options, sexual health maintenance, treatment of pelvic infections, preventive medicine, care of female reproductive organs and postpartum care. She has special interests in co-management of high-risk pregnancies, colposcopy and the management of abnormal Pap smears and the medical treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding. 


Dr. Young chose to specialize in obstetrics and gynecology because she feels it is a great privilege to care for women’s unique health needs across their lifetime. She believes strongly that the patient-physician relationship is a partnership. Honesty and trust are the cornerstones of her practice. She welcomes transgender and LGBTQ patients.


In her spare time, Dr. Young enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, as well as running full and half marathons.
