David Chaffee, NP, provides primary care services for all ages, focusing on preventive medicine.

David is excited to have the opportunity to create positive and influential outcomes for his patients each and every day. He feels it is extremely important to build a strong, compassionate and enduring relationship that focuses on quality of life and longevity.

When not seeing patients, David enjoys being active outdoors, listening to music and spending time with his family.
