Internist Adeeb Jaber, MD, provides comprehensive and compassionate primary care services for adults, focusing on preventive medicine and chronic care management for patients with multiple medical conditions. He is dedicated to educating his patients on how to best manage their unique situation so that they keep their conditions as stable as possible.
Dr. Jaber brings over 20 years of experience to Scripps, including hospitalist care. His patient-centered practice includes collaboration with other medical providers when appropriate, including specialists and support staff, to help the patient navigate through the complexities of the health care system.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Jaber stays active playing tennis, table tennis and gardening. He loves taking walks with his wife and children as well as spending time at parks with them.
