Scarlett Chen, MD, provides comprehensive primary care for newborns, children and adolescents, focusing on preventive and evidence-based medicine. Dr. Chen stresses the importance of immunizations and has expertise in quality improvement. 

She develops strong longitudinal relationships with children and families to foster open communication and build both physical and mental wellness. She is dedicated to empowering her patients to understand and make decisions about their health in age-appropriate ways.

When not seeing patients, Dr. Chen enjoys reading and spending time with her family and dog.
