Biraj Shah, MD

Biraj Shah, MD, is an internal medicine specialist, providing comprehensive primary care to patients age 18 and up. She has a special interest in preventive medicine and encourages patients to adopt healthy habits, focusing on nutrition, exercise and stress reduction. She also promotes regular screenings for the early detection of diseases and conditions, including cancer, hypertension and diabetes.

Dr. Shah believes that compassion is paramount to providing effective care. She seeks to develop relationships with her patients and takes a genuine interest in their lives outside of the exam room.

Prior to earning her medical degree she completed an undergraduate degree in physiological science at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
