Rina Jain, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in total joint arthroplasty. She has been in practice since 1999. She uses minimally invasive techniques and has training in computer navigation systems. Her clinical practice includes the management of hip and knee arthritis as well as orthopedic injuries such as fractures of the hip, femur, tibia and ankle. In addition, she evaluates and treats patients with upper extremity and spine conditions.
Dr. Jain’s practice philosophy includes treating all patients with dignity, respect and compassion. During a consultation with Dr. Jain, she will perform a thorough evaluation and provide diagnosis and treatment options. Partnering with the patient, providing empathetic care and support leads to better outcomes.
Dr. Jain is strongly committed to teaching and mentorship. She also has a strong background in research, having authored many peer-reviewed articles. She has presented her work at various national and international meetings. Dr. Jain is a member and actively involved with the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons. She is also a member of the Canadian Orthopedic Association, American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, California Orthopedic Association, Ruth Jackson Orthopedic Society, J. Robert Gladden Society, and the Western Orthopedic Association.
In her free time, she spends time with her husband and enjoys exercising, reading and participating in book clubs.
