Rheumatology Research

Finding ways to better treat rheumatic diseases

Clinical research is an important element of the care provided at Scripps Clinic, because it is through innovative research that groundbreaking treatment options are often discovered.

At any given time, physicians in the Division of Rheumatology are involved in a variety of research projects designed to find better ways to treat patients with rheumatic conditions. We work closely with scientists from The Scripps Research Institute to bring findings from the lab to the bedside.
