KPBS Midday Edition episode coincides with Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month

Scripps Clinic neurologist Steven Poceta, MD, who also serves as medical director of the Scripps Clinic Viterbi Family Sleep Center, recently appeared on KPBS “Midday Edition” to discuss the relationship between sleep and dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease.

 

Dr. Poceta reviewed some of the latest research in the field, and he talked more generally about ways to get a good night’s rest.
