For building or preserving muscle, proven strategies include resistance training, adequate protein, sufficient sleep and treatment of underlying medical or nutritional issues. A sports medicine physician or physical therapist can create an evidence-based recovery plan for an injury.
What are the warning signs of an unsafe peptide product?
