Biography

Dr. Amanda Simsiman is an obstetrician and gynecologist who specializes in pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery, including pelvic organ prolapse, urinary/fecal incontinence and voiding dysfunction. She understands how these conditions can impact everyday life for her patients and strives to help them restore their function to best of its ability and improve their quality of life. She also provides caring, personalized gynecologic and obstetrical care.


Dr. Simsiman has conducted research on materials used in treating prolapse and surgery for incontinence. She has published multiple articles in peer-reviewed clinical journals and taught residents and medical students for most of her career.


In her free time, Dr. Simsiman enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons.
