Jeremy McCandless, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in knee replacement, hip replacement, minimally invasive orthopedic procedures, major joint preservation, and computer and robotic surgery. Dr. McCandless also specializes in fixing complex problems affecting prior joint replacements and nearby fractures and believes quality of life and mobility go hand-in-hand.
He is among the most experienced orthopedic surgeons in the San Diego region in the field of robotic knee and hip replacement. He has performed more cases than any other orthopedic surgeon in the area and trained on one of the first FDA-approved systems. He also performs conventional surgeries.
