Dr. Mullvain has been practicing medicine since 1988 and was board certified in Internal Medicine in 1986. He was also board certified in Cardiovascular Disease in 1991. Dr. Mullvain received his medical degree from the University of Illinois in 1983. He served his internship specializing in Internal Medicine at Northwestern University and served his residency specializing in Internal Medicine at Northwestern University.
