Dr. Norton was board certified in Emergency Medicine in 1996. Dr. Norton received her medical degree from the University of CA at San Diego in 1991. She served her internship specializing in Transitional at Mercy Hospital in San Diego and served her residency specializing in Emergency Medicine at the University of CA at Los Angeles.
