Scripps performs outpatient surgery at our accredited center on the corner of Fifth Avenue and Washington Street in Hillcrest. Located on the campus of Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego, just off Highway 163, our surgeons treat many medical conditions using the latest minimally invasive techniques.

Scripps Mercy Surgery Pavilion is located on a busy medical campus. Below you’ll find tips to make your visit as seamless as possible.

Scripps Mercy Surgery Pavilion is located in Suite 101 of the 550 building, located on the corner of Fifth Avenue and Washington Street. Parking is available within walking distance of the building, in Scripps Mercy Hospital’s multilevel structure on Lewis Street. Download and print our campus map. (PDF, 520 KB)

Scripps charges for parking after 30 minutes. We also offer valet parking for a flat fee. Our rates are as follows:

First 30 minutes: Free
31 minutes to 4 hours: $6
4 hours to all day: $12
Maximum per day: $12
Valet parking: $8

Self-parking for disabled visitors, expectant mothers and clergy is free:

Visitors with disabilities must present their placards to parking gate attendants. After valet hours, please visit the information desk.
Expectant mothers can receive validation from the medical office they visit
Clergy can receive validation in the hospital’s security office

Parking fees may be paid by cash, check or credit card. For your convenience an ATM machine is located on the first floor of the hospital, near the coffee cart in the lobby.
