Melissasue (Melissa) Lukas, NP, is a family nurse practitioner in general surgery who specializes in benign breast disease, breast cancer surveillance and breast cancer survivorship. She works in conjunction with breast surgery, oncology and radiation oncology to provide thorough treatment and an individualized care plan.
Melissa enjoys educating and empowering patients to make well-informed decisions about their care. She provides compassionate care in stressful situations and loves to take time to thoroughly answer questions.
Melissa is a United States Navy veteran and has worked in health care since 2006.
In her spare time, she enjoys family beach days, walking her dogs and knitting.
