Biography
As a hematologist and oncologist, Marin Xavier, MD, specializes in blood cancers. She has a research and clinical interest in hematologic malignancies, such as leukemia, lymphoma and bone marrow disorders. She also has a passion for neuroendocrine tumors, gynecologic oncology and exploring clinical trials for her patients in all phases of their illness.
Dr. Xavier has been repeatedly recognized as a “Top Doctor” by the San Diego County Medical Society and San Diego Magazine in their annual list of physicians held in the highest regard by their peers. Dr. Xavier strives to provide state-of-the-art oncology care with compassion.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and sons. She also serves as volunteer medical advisor for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
