Biography

Jo Marie Janco, MD, is a gynecologic oncologist specializing in surgery and treatment of gynecologic cancer, including minimally invasive and robotic surgery. In addition, she has experience with complex gynecologic surgery and has completed research regarding the surgical treatment of ovarian cancer.


Dr. Janco’s philosophy of care involves compassionate, committed care. She believes in treating each patient as a whole person, and that open communication and teamwork are essential to quality medical care.


When she is not caring for patients, she enjoys running and being outdoors, cooking, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
